The 6-4, 184-pound Fuller finishes his Irish career ranked second in program history with 30 TD receptions, behind only Michael Floyd, who currently plays for the Cardinals in the NFL.
Projected as a second-or third-round pick in the draft, Fuller hauled in 62 receptions for 1,258 yards and 14 touchdowns this season, including six catches for 113 yards and a TD in the Fiesta Bowl against Ohio State on Friday.
Fuller is the second Irish player with eligibility in 2016 to declare for the draft, joining running back C.J. Prosise.
