That’s Caitlin McGinty from “Beach Blanket Bablyon,” which is in its 40th year and is apparently America’s longest-running musical revue. Her performance actually was pretty much on point, but Fox Sports 1 almost comically shied away from showing her and her costume during the song.
In any case, if there’s anything I love about playoff baseball it’s the weird hats.
