Night 2 of Wrestle Kingdom 14 will see the winners of the IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental Championship matches go head-to-head to become a double champion. Chris Jericho will battle Hiroshi Tanahashi. The NJPW star has suggested he should get an All Elite Wrestling Heavyweight Championship match if he beats Jericho and “Le Champion.”
But what wrestling fans most want to see is the final match of Jushin Thunder Liger’s career. The world-renowned wrestler will team with Naoki Sano to take on Hiromu Takahashi and Ryu Lee.
The IWGP US, British, NEVER Openweight, and Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships will all be defended on the scheduled eight-match card for NIght 2.
