The Highlanders netted $92,000 for traveling to play in Ann Arbor, according to MLive. The school has been reveling in its recent 15 minutes of fame, which is hard to come by as a team without a conference affiliation.
On Monday, NJIT’s bookstore unveiled a T-shirt commemorating the independent school’s major victory.
