That’s right, the first new Wii U title in several years releases this month, and it’s releasing on Christmas Day. So if you are looking to pick up a new game for your last-generation console, you’re in luck.
Drop It: Block Parade is the lone non-Switch title releasing in December. The puzzle game is a single-player experience. If you want to learn more, here’s its official description:
“Get ready for Drop It: Block Paradise, a physics-puzzle game where your goal is to guide stars from their lofty heights to safe ground by touching the colorful blocks they stand on. You won’t have to go it alone - helpful siblings Tip and Tap are always on hand to give you some tutorial tips on where to tap. The better your results on each stage, the more stars you can earn to unlock concept art, stamps, and funky beats to jam out to! 150 awesome fun levels in all await you.”
As for Nintendo Switch releases there are plenty for gamers to look forward to.
The first significant Switch release is a port of Alien: Isolation. The horror/survival game comes to Nintendo Switch December 5, giving owners a chance to try and survive a Xenomorph infestation.
Another release to look forward to is Assassin’s Creed: The Rebel Collection on December 6. This collection includes both Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag and Assassin’s Creed Rogue. All of the DLC for these games is also included, so fans will get the ultimate Assassin’s Creed experience out of the box.
