Marquette guard Duane Wilson posted three tweets about the sign, presumably, and didn’t have kinds things to say about Hayes’ public statement.
Wilson’s opinion and resolve is admirable, but the subject of paying college athletes isn’t going away anytime soon — especially if preseason All-American selections like Hayes continue to trumpet the cause.
