According to NFL Network, coach Doug Marrone believes Nick Foles will return to practice next week.

Foles fractured his collarbone in the first quarter of the Jaguars’ Week 1 loss to the Chiefs and hasn’t resumed team activities since.

Jacksonville signed the former third-round pick to a four-year, $88 million contract in the offseason after releasing Blake Bortles.

In the only game action he’s seen this season, Foles was 5-of-8 passing for 75 yards and one touchdown.

Minshew has completed 124 of 194 passes (63.9 percent) for 1,442 yards with nine touchdowns and two interceptions as a rookie.
