Of course, you don’t have to worry at all about the weather if you have players playing in stadiums with a roof. There are three such games this week, so enjoy ideal conditions if you have guys from the Colts-Texans, Lions-Cardinals, and Eagles-Cowboys games.
Week 14 Rankings:Quarterback | Running Back | Wide Receiver | Tight End | D/ST | Kicker
NFL Week 14 weather updates
The Patriots-Dolphins and Saints-Bucs both figure to see winds around 15 mph (maybe a little higher in Miami) and some rain (higher chance in Tampa). While that’s obviously suboptimal for all teams, it’s not as if the games will be played in monsoons. All four kickers get slight downgrades, but there’s no need to bench any QBs or WRs if you don’t have similarly talented backups (which is highly unlikely for guys like Drew Brees, Michael Thomas, Mike Evans, and Rob Gronkowski, among others) Tom Brady was already on start/sit bubbles, so if you have a similar backup, go ahead and use this weather forecast as a tie breaker.
WEEK 14 PPR RANKINGS: Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end
The coldest spots figure to be Chicago for the Rams-Bears and Green Bay for the Falcons-Packers. With visitors from either a warm-weather or domed locale, obviously the sub-freezing temps could have an effect, but it’s not enough to bench any key players. The Giants-Redskins, Panthers-Browns, Jets-Bills, and Ravens-Chiefs will see similar temperatures.
