If the 49ers lose to the Seahawks to drop to 12-4, they would earn the NFC’s top wild-card berth.
They would stay ahead of the No. 6 Vikings by two games and draw a wild-card round matchup with the No. 4 NFC East champions, either the Eagles or Cowboys.
