The Wolverines, entering their third season under Jim Harbaugh, led all schools with 11 players taken, including first-round picks Taco Charlton (Cowboys, 28th overall) and Jabrill Peppers (Browns, 25th).

Alabama, which had the most first-round picks with four and most picks through the first three rounds with nine, finished with 10 picks. Ohio State, which led all schools with 12 picks in the 2016 NFL Draft, finished with seven picks this year.

It’s safe to say the race to the NFL is on between these college football powerhouses.
