Rocky Baker from Four Oaks, Johnston County, caught the blue catfish on Sunday in the Roanoke River with the help of his friend, Clayton resident Justin Clifton, who assisted him with hauling the fish onto their boat, WITN reported. The Thomasville, North Carolina, woman identified Monday as Jennifer Kaye [Talbert] appears in the latest public outburst from Americans who are refusing to wear masks in public spaces. Not only did the reported income drop last year for all North Dakota residents, but the number of filers also dropped.
