We haven’t seen a turnaround like this since Carson Palmer’s remarkable 2002 season, and like Palmer, Burrow has seen his draft stock soar. Burrow was seen as a mid-round prospect coming into the year, but he is now the odds-on favorite to be the No. 1 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. He has surpassed quarterbacks like Justin Herbert, Tua Tagovailoa, Jake Fromm and Jacob Eason, making Burrow the headline quarterback in next year’s draft class....

The Redskins, Lions and Giants, however, were jostling for Pick Nos. 2-4 after Miami’s upset win over New England on Sunday clinched the No. 5 pick for the Dolphins. Washington was able to stay ahead of Detroit in the draft order with a loss in Dallas in the late Sunday afternoon window. The Panthers, meanwhile, continued their losing streak, but the Chargers also lost again to stay ahead of them in the order....

Following their losses in Sunday’s championship contests, the Packers land at No. 29 on the draft board with the Bills right behind them at No. 30. The final two spots will be determined by the result of the Super Bowl 55 matchup between the defending champion Chiefs and Buccaneers. After a 1-15 campaign, the Jaguars will kick off this year’s draft, and the Jets will follow with the second overall pick....

Eight wide receivers went in the first 34 picks of the 2020 draft, and it’s likely this will remain a coveted position in 2021. There might not quite as many wideouts selected as early this year, but with three top-15 studs and several more pass-catchers with first-round talent, you can bet these elite athletes will tempt plenty of teams.
