The NHL’s Situation Room in Toronto was called into action once again to set the record straight Sunday night during the second period of Game 6 between the Golden Knights and Sharks. The Avalanche thought they had tied up Game 7 against the Sharks, 2-2, when Colin Wilson scored on a shot in the second period. They celebrated and everything. Krug’s helmet flew off after Muzzin’s hit, and Krug then awkwardly hit the boards. He had some trouble getting to his feet after the impact, and was helped off the ice and headed for the locker room. Bruins coach Bruce Cassidy did not have an update on Krug after the game. “I don’t think we should assume he’s concussed. We don’t know that yet,” Cassidy told reporters.
